面向产品车间的物流配送分布路径关键技术研究——基于改进蚁群多因子算法

对于电商厂家而言,产品车间的生产效率至关重要.因此,为了提升电商产品车间的物流配送效率,节省相应的配送成本,研究提出了一种基于改进蚁群多因子算法的电商产品车间物流配送分布路径优化模型.通过对其启发因子、挥发因子、信息素增量的改进,求得最优模型的解.结果表明,改进后研究算法在精度上提升了约40.9%,研究模型速度较改进前提升了将近1倍.改进信息素增量后,算法精度较传统算法提升了约20.58%.物料配送中心与作业区的人力资源优化率分别为80%、52%,作业空间减少优化率为26%.研究方法有效提升了配送效率,降低了库存及运输物料的成本,并对保证产品稳定高效的生产具有重要的意义.
Research on key technologies of logistics distribution path for product shop——based on improved ant colony multi-factor algorithm
For e-commerce manufacturers,the production efficiency of the product workshop is crucial.Therefore,in order to improve the logistics distribution efficiency of e-commerce product workshops and save the corresponding distribution costs,an opti-mization model of logistics distribution path of e-commerce product workshops based on improved ant colony multi-factor algorithm was proposed.The solution of the optimal model is obtained by improving the increment of heuristic factor,volatile factor and phero-mone.The results show that the accuracy of the improved algorithm is improved by about 40.9%,and the speed of the research model is nearly doubled.After improving the pheromone increment,the accuracy of the algorithm is improved by about 20.58%compared with the traditional algorithm.The optimization rate of human resources in material distribution center and operation area is 80%and 52%respectively,and the optimization rate of working space reduction is 26%.The research method can effectively improve the dis-tribution efficiency,reduce the cost of inventory and transportation materials,and has important significance for ensuring the stable and efficient production of products.
