基于STM32单片机的仓库智能搬运小车系统设计

随着物联网的不断发展,仓储管理智能化改造已然成为一种趋势,"智能搬运"是仓储体系中的重要的环节之一,利用机器人来替代人力来完成搬运过程是未来发展的重要方向.仓库智能搬运小车由车体、投掷装置、控制系统、循迹检测系统、红外避障系统组成,采用三维建模与动作仿真验证小车的动作流程,采用STM32F103R8TX作为控制单元核心完成小车的动作控制.利用探索者模型完成小车的装配并进行测试,为仓库智能搬运小车的设计提供了参考依据.
Design of warehouse intelligent handling trolley system based on STM32 microcontroller
With the continuous development of the Internet of Things,the intelligent transformation of warehouse management has become a trend'.Intelligent handling'is one of the important links in the warehouse system.Using robots to replace humans to com-plete the handling process is an important direction for future development.The warehouse intelligent handling trolley is composed of a car body,a throwing device,a control system,a tracking detection system,and an infrared obstacle avoidance system.The three-di-mensional modeling and action simulation are used to verify the action flow of the trolley.STM32F103R8TX is used as the core of the control unit to complete the action control of the trolley.Using the explorer model to complete the assembly and test of the car,it pro-vides a reference for the design of the intelligent handling car in the warehouse.
