基于BIM技术的建筑运维三维可视化系统设计研究

针对大型的商业中心建筑客流预测准确率低,导致商业中心实时监控与安全预警效果差的问题,提出设计一个基于BIM技术的建筑运维三维可视化系统.首先,采用B/S架构和Cesium开源地图引擎对系统整体结构进行设计;然后利用BIM技术构建一个大型商业中心的三维可视化模型;最后提出基于CNN网络+LSTM网络的室内时空客流预测方法对商业中心的客流量进行预测,最终基于预测结果实现商业中心实时监控和安全运维.实验结果表明,在10 min~120 min的不同时间段内,提出的CNN+LSTM网络模型的预测均方差保持在2.14~3.58范围内,均低于传统的ARIMA预测模型和随机森林预测模型的预测均方差,说明采用本方法可取得较好的预测效果.基于CIM技术为核心的Web平台进行系统开发后,设计的系统可实现商业中心客流预测展示、空间分析和安全监控等功能,能够提升大型商业中心的三维可视化效果.
Design and research of 3D visualization system for building operation and maintenance based on BIM technology
In view of the low accuracy of passenger flow prediction of large commercial centers,which leads to poor real-time monitoring and security warning of commercial centers,a three-dimensional visualization system for building operation and mainte-nance based on BIM technology is proposed.Firstly,the B/S architecture and Cesium open source map engine are used to design the overall structure of the system;then use BIM technology to build a 3 D visualization model of a large commercial center;finally,propose the indoor space-time passenger flow prediction method based on CNN network+LSTM network to predict the passenger flow of the commercial center,and finally realize the real-time monitoring and safe operation and maintenance of the commercial center based on the prediction results.The experimental results show that the prediction mean variance of the proposed CNN+LSTM net-work model remains within the range of 2.14 to 3.58 between 10 minutes and 120 minutes,which is lower than the prediction mean variance of the traditional ARIMA prediction model and random forest prediction model,indicating that good prediction effect can be achieved by this method.After the system development of the Web platform based on CIM technology as the core,the designed system can realize the functions of passenger flow prediction and display,spatial analysis and security monitoring of the commercial center,which can improve the three-dimensional visualization effect of the large commercial center.
