Building Mechanical and Electrical System Based on BIM and IoT under Intelligent Building Engineering Monitoring
In order to improve the efficiency of mechanical and electrical system operation and maintenance management in intel-ligent building engineering,a study was conducted to construct a directed equivalent diagram of building mechanical and electrical systems based on building information models.Firstly,equivalent lines were extracted,and then directional repairs were made to the equivalent diagram.Finally,the Internet of Things technology was integrated to achieve the construction of a visualization platform.The results show that the research method has the highest operational efficiency,with an average operational efficiency of 95.84%.At the same time,the research method has shown high applicability and accuracy in extracting directed graph equivalence and repairing equivalent graphs,indicating that the research method has advantages in the operation and maintenance of building electromechanical systems and can achieve efficient and accurate operation and maintenance management.The research method has broad application prospects and can be applied to various types of buildings such as commercial buildings,public facilities,industrial factories,etc.,providing strong support for the upgrading and development of the construction industry.
