摘要

为了分析永磁同步发电机(PMSG)和开关磁阻发电机(SRG)的发电性能,研制了一套双电机同轴连接发电硬件实验平台,并搭建系统的软件仿真平台.软件实验仿真平台通过设定电机的转速、负载、控制参数等物理量,仿真GUI界面显示系统的主电路拓扑、电机结构、输出电压和电流波形等信息.硬件平台以DSP TMS320F28335为控制核心,集成了电源模块、功率变换器、驱动电路、隔离保护电路、电压电流检测电路、原动机、动态扭矩传感器和负载设备等.软硬件实验平台可完成两种发电机在不同工况下的发电性能分析对比实验和仿真.通过分析比较两种发电机在不同速度和不同负载情况下的发电功率、效率、发电电压、发电电流等性能指标,可使学生直观理解两种发电机的发电原理、控制方式和各自的优缺点,具有较高的教学应用价值.

Abstract

In order to analyze the power generation performance of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)and switched reluctance generator(SRG),a set of hardware experimental platform for coaxial connected power generation of double mo-tors is developed,and the software simulation platform of the system is built.The software experimental simulation platform displays the main circuit topology,motor structure,output voltage and current of the system by setting the speed,load and other relevant pa-rameters of the motor.The hardware platform takes DSP TMS320F28335 as the control core,and integrates power module,power converter,driving circuit,isolation and protection circuit,prime mover,dynamic torque sensor and load equipment.The software and hardware experimental platform can complete the power generation performance analysis and comparison experiment of dual motors un-der different working conditions.By analyzing and comparing the generation power,efficiency and generation voltage/current of dual motors under different speeds and loads,students can intuitively understand the generation principle,control mode,advantages and disadvantages of the two generators,which has high teaching application value.
