In order to address the key technical issues of the Foundationfieldbus in engineering applications,based on the trans-mission characteristics of the FF H1 bus,a bus power supply design method was proposed by calculating the envelope of the consumed current and voltage.Based on explosion-proof zoning,a selection method for field instruments in hazardous situations was studied,and a bus power supply scheme under the FNICO system was further proposed.Analyzed and compared several topological structure forms supported by FF H1 bus and their advantages and disadvantages,discussed the recommended function allocation methods in practical applications,and provided reference values for the actual selected topological structure,cable length,number of connected instruments,and macro cycle time of the project.The proposed design method has been applied in the field bus control system of a large nuclear chemical engineering project,and the debugging and operation results show that each design scheme is reasonable and feasible,meeting the operational requirements.The key solutions presented in this article can provide reference for the subsequent FF H1 bus structure design.
