摘要

随着特高压直流输电技术的不断发展,提高输电系统的可靠性水平对保障我国电力和经济协调发展具有重要意义.晶闸管作为特高压直流输电系统换流阀等大容量电力电子装备中的关键器件,其长时间安全稳定运行是实现我国西电东送等重要能源战略的基础.对晶闸管的可靠性研究、退化评估、失效分析和寿命预测已经成为当下的关键工程前沿问题.系统分析了晶闸管器件发生退化和失效的起因和机理;详细阐释了几种典型的可靠性试验方法及各自对应的用于退化监测和寿命预估的评估模型,并结合具体案例强调了加速老化试验模型在可靠性研究中的重要意义.对晶闸管可靠性研究的未来发展进行了展望,提出了前沿技术交叉的研究思路.

Abstract

With the continuous development of UHV DC transmission technology,it is of great significance to improve the relia-bility level of transmission system to guarantee the coordinated development of China's electric power and economy.As a key device in the large-capacity power electronic equipment such as converter valve of UHV DC transmission system,thyristor's long-time safe and stable operation is the basis for realizing China's important energy strategy such as sending electricity from west to east.The relia-bility study,degradation assessment,failure analysis and life prediction of thyristors have become the key engineering frontier issues nowadays.This paper systematically analyzes the causes and mechanisms of thyristor device degradation and failure;explains in detail several typical reliability test methods and their respective evaluation models for degradation monitoring and life prediction,and em-phasizes the significance of accelerated aging test model in the reliability study by combining specific cases.In this paper,the future development of thyristor reliability research is prospected,and the research idea of cutting-edge technology crossover is put forward.
