压力传感器具有精度高、灵敏度高、可靠性能好、动态响应快等特点,广泛应用于航空、航天、石油化工、地震测量等领域;由于半导体材料对温度的敏感性,压力传感器零点和灵敏度会随温度变化发生漂移,导致测量值和真实值误差偏大;针对压力传感在实际工程应用中易受温度影响问题,提出了一种基于最小二乘多项式拟合的温度补偿算法,该算法以温度和压力两个变量构建补偿模型,并利用C#编程实现该算法补偿系数计算;试验结果表明,经该补偿算法计算后压力传感器输出精度得到大幅提升,压力型传感器输出精度满足±0.01%F.S,差压型传感器输出精度满足±0.01%F·S.

Pressure sensors have the characteristics of high accuracy,high sensitivity,good reliability,fast dynamic response,and are widely used in various fields of aviation,aerospace,petrochemical industry,seismic survey,etc.Because of the sensitivity of semiconductor materials to temperature,the zero point and sensitivity will drift with the change of temperature,resulting in large error between the measured value and the real value.A temperature compensation algorithm based on least square polynomial fitting is pro-posed for solving pressure sensor is affected by temperature in practical engineering applications,and the algorithm includes two varia-bles:temperature and pressure,and the compensation coefficient of the algorithm is implemented by C# programming.The experi-mental results show that the accuracy of the measurement is greatly improved,the output error of the Pressure type sensor is less than±0.01%F·S and Differential pressure type sensor is less than±0.01%F·S after calculation by this compensation algorithm.
