Design and Verification of A Certain Type of High-precision Laser Scanning Grating Motor
Most of the subdivision systems of high-precision laser scanning grating motors use the subdivision chip scheme,which has the problems of poor substitutability and low subdivision accuracy;at the same time,there are few domestic galvanometer motor products that directly use independent microchips.Therefore,this design redesigned the motor with a circular grating sensor based on a certain type of scanning motor of Sino-Galvo Company,and refined the installation scheme of the sensor;independently designed the conditioning and acquisition circuit of the grating sensor,and used CPLD technology to realize the acquisition and elec-tronic subdivision of sensor signals.In the electronic subdivision algorithm,the coarse subdivision and fine subdivision processes are distinguished,and the grating position can be quickly inquired by constructing the data table of the tangent function,realizing the a-bility to subdivide the 4096 times electronically in a single cycle.The designed grating motor is actually tested by using the test plat-form,and the test results have reached the expected goal,which has good practical development value.
