基于硫酸锰生产的APP远程监控系统设计

针对硫酸锰生产制造中设备类型多样、布局分散、参数众多等特点,以及装备所处的高温、高压、化学环境的复杂性,现有的监控技术只能在现场进行生产作业的监控,为提高生产设备的运行效率,减少运维成本,基于可编程控制器(PLC)、以太网通信、各类传感器以及Java设计硫酸锰生产APP远程监控系统.采用Java语言构建服务器端程序,通过Modbus TCP通讯协议与PLC进行数据传输,对设备各种运行参数进行采集和存储,通过上位机Android APP对运行状态数据进行显示,实现随时随地监控硫酸锰生产系统的设备工作状态和生产情况,解决了监控系统终端便携性差的问题,全面提高了硫酸锰生产监控系统的安全性与硫酸锰分厂的综合管控水平.
Design of APP remote monitoring system based on manganese sulfate production
In view of the characteristics of various types of equipment,scattered layout and numerous parameters in the produc-tion and manufacturing of manganese sulfate,as well as the complexity of the high temperature,high pressure and chemical environ-ment in which the equipment is located,the existing monitoring technology can only monitor the production operation on the spot.In order to improve the operation efficiency of production equipment and reduce the operation and maintenance cost,the remote monito-ring system of manganese sulfate production APP is designed based on programmable logic controller(PLC),Ethernet communica-tion,various sensors and Java language.The Java language is used to construct the server-side program,and the Modbus TCP com-munication protocol is used to transmit data with the PLC to collect and store various operating parameters of the equipment.The run-ning state data is displayed by the host computer Android APP to realize the monitoring of the manganese sulfate production system an-ytime and anywhere.The working state and production situation of the equipment solve the problem of poor portability of the monito-ring system terminal,and comprehensively improve the safety of the manganese sulfate production monitoring system and the compre-hensive management and control level of the manganese sulfate branch factory.
