摘要

为对工业生产过程进行准确的数据采集和控制,提出一种基于物联网的生产数据采集及控制系统.其中,基于物联网技术进行系统的构建,基于模糊PID控制进行生产环境的温度调控,基于扩展卡尔曼滤波进行生产材料的含水率的检测.实验结果表明,与传统的PID控制相比,设计的基于模糊PID控制的温度调控模块能够进行效果更好的温度控制,能够更快达到目标温度值;设计的基于扩展卡尔曼滤波算法的含水率检测方法能够进行准确的含水率检测.综上,构建的生产数据采集及控制系统性能良好,能够应用于实际的工业生产场景,数据采集与控制效果良好,具有一定的实际工程应用价值.

Abstract

A production data acquisition and control system based on the Internet of Things is proposed for accurate data collec-tion and control of industrial production processes.Among them,system construction is based on Internet of Things technology,tem-perature regulation of production environment is based on fuzzy PID control,and moisture content detection of production materials is based on extended Kalman filtering.The experimental results show that compared with traditional PID control,the temperature control module designed based on fuzzy PID control can achieve better temperature control and achieve the target temperature value faster;The designed water content detection method based on the extended Kalman filter algorithm can accurately detect water content.In summary,the constructed production data collection and control system has good performance and can be applied to practical industri-al production scenarios.The data collection and control effect is good,and it has certain practical engineering application value.
