Research on Coupled Optimization of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM
To further improve the comprehensive performance of prefabricated residential buildings,a multi-objective function coupled optimization method for energy conservation and emission reduction of prefabricated buildings is proposed based on BIM tech-nology.Among them,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed with building energy consumption, cost, and carbon emis-sions as optimization objectives. At the same time,a relationship model between building parameters and objective functions is con-structed using BP neural network, and the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is introduced as the optimization method for this relationship model. The results show that the constructed multi-objective optimization model can effectively optimize the three optimization objectives,re-sulting in improvements in all three performance objectives during the construction process, verifying the effectiveness of the method; The BP neural network multi-objective optimization algorithm for building energy efficiency based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm can effec-tively optimize the objective function, thereby achieving better building energy efficiency. In summary,it can be seen that the energy-saving and emission reduction optimization method for prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology has good performance and can achieve good optimization results. It can be applied to practical construction scenarios to help improve the energy-saving optimi-zation effect, with high feasibility.
