Triggering scheduling of urban medium and low voltage distribution networks under discrete event interference
The urban medium and low voltage distribution network is a joint network composed of different small networks.With the increase of external discrete events such as external tram charging and new energy access in the joint distribution network,the im-balance between the output and load demand of the distribution network will increase the delay of power grid scheduling.Current re-search lacks accurate and comprehensive discrete event criteria,only relying on specific conditions of fixed events as scheduling con-straints,resulting in the inability to accurately judge and handle distribution scheduling more flexibly and quickly under the interfer-ence of discrete events.Design a scheduling method suitable for urban medium and low voltage distribution networks under discrete e-vent interference conditions.Using a driving solution algorithm based on the discrete event state criteria of the distribution network,set a discrete threshold,and trigger scheduling conditions when external continuous variables exceed the discrete threshold to execute the distribution network scheduling model.In the designed scheduling model,the interconnection switch and energy storage equip-ment are subject to rolling scheduling based on the day ahead scheduling plan.During the daily rolling scheduling process,dynami-cally fine tune the power of the energy storage equipment to achieve fast response and maximum flexibility of the distribution network converter.In order to meet the requirements of flexible scheduling and adapt to load fluctuations,load shedding or line switch adjust-ment should be carried out according to the current situation before setting the objective function and constraint conditions for schedu-ling,in order to achieve synchronous scheduling of medium and low voltage distribution networks.Through experiments,it has been proven that the research method can effectively achieve real-time scheduling of medium and low voltage distribution networks,and the method has good robustness.
