摘要

为了获取满意的数据快速融合结果,提出一种基于云计算的信息化网络多通道数据快速融合方法.通过云计算中的MapReduce对信息化网络多通道数据预处理,删除冗余数据.经过预处理后,将深度自编码器分层部署在信息化网络分簇结构中,将数据输入到深度自编码器模型中,提取信息化网络多通道特征数据,同时将数据传递至汇聚节点,实现信息化网络多通道数据快速融合.实验结果表明,通过所提方法可以有效提升数据融合精度和数据完整性,降低能耗和端到端传输延迟.

Abstract

In order to obtain satisfactory fast data fusion results,a fast multi-channel data fusion method for information network based on cloud computing is proposed.Through MapReduce in cloud computing,the multi-channel data of information network is preprocessed and redundant data is deleted.After preprocessing,the deep self-coder is layered and deployed in the information net-work cluster structure,the data is input into the deep self-coder model,the multi-channel characteristic data of the information net-work is extracted,and the data is transferred to the aggregation node at the same time to realize the rapid fusion of multi-channel data of the information network.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve data fusion accuracy and data integrity,reduce energy consumption and end-to-end transmission delay.
