The control system of e-commerce logistics distribution sorting robot based on artificial intelligence is designed to im-prove the control effect and sorting ability of the robot.The navigation subsystem in the main control software uses simultaneous posi-tioning and map construction technology combined with extended Kalman filter algorithm to build the environment map of the e-com-merce logistics warehouse,estimate the position and pose of the sorting robot on the map,and realize the navigation of the sorting ro-bot in the e-commerce logistics warehouse.The chassis operating controller in the control subsystem is used to obtain the speed con-trol quantity of the left and right chassis driving motor by using linear control algorithm to complete the travel control of the sorting ro-bot in the environment map.The motion controller of the robot arm approximates and compensates the uncertainty of the sorting robot arm by using radial basis function neural network algorithm,obtains the total control law of the sorting robot arm,and completes the parcel grabbing and sorting control of the robot arm.Check the control effect of sorting robot in real time through monitoring terminal.Experimental results show that the system can effectively construct the environment map of e-commerce logistics warehouse;The sys-tem can effectively realize the moving control of the sorting robot chassis and the robot arm control.The system can accurately track the navigation route after controlling the chassis route,and the control moment of the robot arm has no buffering phenomenon,indica-ting that the control effect of the system is better.
