针对老龄化问题突出的现象,亟需研发更加智能化的医疗器械,以帮助老年人科学按时用药.因此,研究采用窄带物联网技术,研制出一种新型的智能型药盒.该药盒采用窄带物联网技术(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT),可以在云中上传药物数据,并自动记录药物的异常.通过及时上传数据实现对患者及医护人员摆药服药等的提醒监督.为进一步提高药盒的执行效率,研究在此基础上,利用惯性权重线性递减对粒子群算法进行改进,同时将改进算法应用到云计算任务调度中,提高智能药盒的运行效率.实验表明,改进的策略在一定程度上提高PSO的搜索效率和搜索效率.所研制的药盒各程序都能顺利运行,采用该药盒可使药物的漏服用率最低为5%,延迟服药率最低为16%.与其他研究设计的药盒相比较,研究设计的药盒具有更多的功能,提示和督促药物发挥更好的作用,有助于老年病人科学、安全地用药.
Design and implementation of intelligent medic ine box terminal based on narrowband Internet of Things technology
In view of the prominent phenomenon of aging,it is urgent to develop more intelligent medical devices to help the eld-erly scientific and timely medication.Therefore,a new intelligent medicine box is developed by using narrow-band Internet of Things technology.The kit uses the Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)technology to upload drug data in the cloud and automatically record drug abnormalities.On this basis,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to schedule tasks in cloud com-puting.Experiments show that the improved strategy can improve the search efficiency and efficiency of PSO to some extent.All the procedures of the kit can run smoothly.The leaking rate and delaying rate of the kit are 5%and 16%respectively.Compared with other drug kits designed in this study,the drug kits designed in this study have more functions,suggesting and urging drugs to play a better role.
