摘要

传统建筑行业由于其技术性不强,环境污染较大等问题,不能适应当下社会的需求.在此背景下,研究采用了基于BIM技术的总承包制装配式建筑模式来解决这类问题.其中BIM技术为工程项目各方提供了建筑信息平台,总承包制提供了装配式建筑需要的具备标准化与流程化条件的施工环境,有效地提升了项目工程的施工质量与施工效率.研究结果表明,装配式建筑模式的效率比最低为96%最高为101%,建筑质量合格率基本能够保持在85%以上.在安全性与环保性方面,装配式建筑的评分也达到了 93分以上.新型建筑模式体现出较高的施工效率与施工质量,还减少了环境污染与事故发生概率.

Abstract

The traditional construction industry cannot adapt to the current social needs due to its weak technical capabilities and significant environmental pollution.In this context,the study adopted a general contracting prefabricated building model based on BIM technology to solve such problems.BIM technology provides a building information platform for all parties involved in engineering projects,and the general contracting system provides a standardized and procedural construction environment for prefabricated build-ings,effectively improving the construction quality and efficiency of project engineering.The research results indicate that the effi-ciency ratio of the prefabricated building model is at a minimum of 96%and at a maximum of 101%,and the building quality qualifi-cation rate can be basically maintained at over 85%.In terms of safety and environmental protection,prefabricated buildings have also achieved a rating of over 93 points.The new building model has achieved high construction efficiency and quality,while also reducing the probability of environmental pollution and accidents.
