摘要

为减少起重机械安全隐患,避免事故发生,提出一套基于模糊层次分析法的起重机械安全评价系统.首先建立起重机械安全指标体系,通过专家咨询法与层次分析法确定不同品种起重机械指标权重;其次针对检测人员与专家对安全指标主客观评价,应用岭形分布隶属函数确定模糊关系矩阵;然后由下而上逐层将安全指标模糊关系矩阵与相应权重进行模糊合成运算;最后确定起重机械安全级别,并由系统导出详细评价报告.结果表明:起重机械安全指标体系建立完善,不确定因素应用岭形分布隶属度确定关系矩阵准确可靠,系统安全评价科学合理.

Abstract

To reduce safety hazards in lifting machinery and avoid accidents,a safety evaluation system for lifting machinery based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Firstly,establish a safety index system for lifting machinery,and determine the weight of different types of lifting machinery indicators through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process;Secondly,for the subjective and objective evaluation of safety indicators by testing personnel and experts,the fuzzy relationship matrix is determined u-sing the ridge distribution membership function;Then,from bottom to top,perform fuzzy synthesis operations on the fuzzy relationship matrix of safety indicators and corresponding weights layer by layer;Finally,determine the safety level of the lifting machinery and ex-port a detailed evaluation report from the system.The results show that the safety index system for lifting machinery is established comprehensively,and the uncertainty factors are accurately and reliably determined using ridge distribution membership degree to de-termine the relationship matrix.The system safety evaluation is scientific and reasonable.
