基于网络化控制的化工工业自动化系统安全研究

随着计算机技术的快速发展和互联网技术的深入应用,化工工业的自动化系统已经向网络化、智能化的发展方向演变.但是,化工工业的网络化控制系统在带来生产效率的提升和运营成本的下降的同时,也带来了系统网络安全的显著风险.为了增强化工工业自动化系统的安全性,基于网络化控制,深入研究并有效解决了化工工业自动化系统中存在的安全问题.首先,明确了化工工业自动化系统现存的网络安全威胁及其来源,然后提出了一种基于网络化控制的安全防护模型,并在此模型的基础上设计了相应的防护策略.研究结果显示,这种安全防护模型和防护策略可以有效地阻止外部攻击者对化工工业自动化系统的攻击,防止外部攻击者侵入系统得到系统的控制权,确保系统的正常运行,同时也提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性.本研究的成果以提升化工工业自动化系统的网络安全防护能力,保障化工生产过程的安全为目的,使系统稳定运行具有重要意义.
Research on the security of chemical Industry Automation system based on networked control
With the rapid development of computer technology and the in-depth application of Internet technology,the automa-tion system of chemical industry has evolved to the development direction of network and intelligence.However,the networked control system of chemical industry brings the improvement of production efficiency and the decrease of operating cost,but also brings the sig-nificant risk of system network security.In order to enhance the safety of the automation system in the chemical industry,this paper deeply studies the safety problems existing in the automation system of chemical industry based on the network control,and effectively solves them.Firstly,the existing network security threats and their sources of the chemical industry automation system are analysed,and then,a security protection model based on networked control is proposed,and the corresponding protection strategy is designed on the basis of this model.The results show that this security protection model and protection strategy can effectively prevent the automa-tion system of the chemical industry from the risks by external attacking,ensure the normal operation of the system,meanwhile im-prove the stability and reliability of the system.The results of this study are of great significance for improving the network security protection ability of chemical industry automation system and ensuring the safe and stable operation of chemical production process.
