摘要
数字化固井技术是指利用计算机和信息技术,实现固井过程数字化、实时控制和智能调节的一种新兴技术.我国经过十余年的发展,数字化固井技术已成为油气井勘探和生产的重要手段,在提高生产效率、减少成本、保障生态环境等方面取得了进展.首先,数字化固井技术的出现弥补了传统固井技术存在的诸多限制.其次,基于传感仪器、互联网、大数据分析等先进技术,使固井过程可预见、可控和可迭代优化.随后,数字化固井技术在固井前期应用中可以通过钻孔设计和模拟、固井方案设计和优化,实现对油田勘探区域的精准判断,为高效勘探奠定基础;在固井过程应用中可以实现实时监测和调节固井压力、温度、密度等参数,及时提醒施工人员调整固井材料和加强固井防漏;在固井后期应用中,数字化固井技术可以帮助评估储层状况,辅助高质量神经网络井下定向保护和偏心井管纠偏技术的吸氧处理.最后,对未来数字化固井技术带来的机遇、面临的挑战和限制进行了阐述和展望.
Abstract
Digital cementing technology refers to an emerging technology that utilizes computers and information technology to a-chieve digitization,real-time control,and intelligent adjustment of the cementing process.After more than ten years of development in China,digital cementing technology has become an important means of oil and gas well exploration and production,making pro-gress in improving production efficiency,reducing costs,and ensuring the ecological environment.Firstly,the emergence of digital cementing technology has made up for many limitations of traditional cementing technology.Secondly,based on advanced technologies such as sensitive instruments,the Internet,and big data analysis,the cementing process can be foreseen,controlled,and iteratively optimized.Subsequently,digital cementing technology can be applied in the early stage of cementing,through drilling design and simulation,cementing scheme design and optimization,to achieve accurate judgment of the exploration area of the oil field,laying the foundation for efficient exploration;In the application of cementing process,real-time monitoring and adjustment of cementing pres-sure,temperature,density and other parameters can be achieved,timely reminding construction personnel to adjust cementing materi-als and strengthen cementing leakage prevention;In the later application of cementing,digital cementing technology can help evaluate reservoir conditions,assist in the oxygen absorption treatment of high-quality neural network downhole directional protection and ec-centric well pipe deviation correction technology.Finally,the opportunities,challenges,and limitations brought by future digital ce-menting technology were elaborated and prospected.
