摘要

随着电网的发展,对变电站的自动控制提出了更高的要求.为提高变电站防误闭锁现场检验工作效率,结合变电站现场实际情况,设计了一种一二次设备防误闭锁现场自动检测系统.结果表明,研究所提方法在有障碍的情况下,实收帧数为1 455,丢帧率为3%;闭锁逻辑从发出指令到执行操作总时间为55 ms~140ms,控制误差以及绝对误差都没有超过3%;研究所提方法的执行效率逐渐随着测试样本增加而增加,而且执行效率最高,平均为99.3%,改进方法和传统方法分别为98.8%和98.6%.该系统提高了防误闭锁装置的可靠性,减少了现场人工检验工作量,避免了人为因素造成的失误,从而提高了变电站一二次设备防误闭锁的检测效率和可靠性.

Abstract

With the development of power grid,higher requirements are put forward for the automatic control of substation.In or-der to improve the efficiency of on-site inspection of anti-error lock-out in substation,an automatic on-site inspection system for anti-error lock-out of primary and secondary equipment is designed according to the actual situation of substation.The results show that under the condition of the proposed method,the actual frame number is 1 455 and the frame drop rate is 3%.The total time from issu-ing instruction to executing operation is 55 ms~140 ms,and the control error and absolute error are not more than 3%.The imple-mentation efficiency of the proposed method gradually increased with the increase of the test sample,and the implementation efficiency was the highest,with an average of 99.2%,and the improved method and the traditional method were 98.6%and 97.1%,respec-tively.The system improves the reliability of the anti-error lock device,reduces the workload of on-site manual inspection,avoids the error caused by human factors,and improves the detection efficiency and reliability of the anti-error lock of the substation's prima-ry and secondary equipment.
