Study of an automatic harmonic tuner based on a robotic arm
In order to achieve fast and accurate automatic harmonic tuning, research is conducted on the use of robotic arms for automatic performance and tuning, and genetic algorithm(GA)is used to optimize the parameters of the robotic arm controller to im-prove its control performance. The research results indicate that the GA based optimized robotic arm tuning method outperforms con-ventional robotic arm tuning methods in terms of accuracy and efficiency. When the number of experiments is 30,the control stability and position accuracy of the optimized robotic arm tuner are 23.8%and 10.4%higher than those of the conventional robotic arm,re-spectively.The response time is 81 seconds faster and the energy consumption is 1589 kb less. When it is applied to guitar and Ukriri tuning, the maximum average error of tuning accuracy is 3.24 and 3.05 respectively, both within±5 cent, and the tuning time of each string is controlled within 10s.The automatic harmony mixer based on optimized robotic arms can not only improve the accuracy and consistency of tuning, but also significantly reduce production time and cost.It has important application value for professional music production, education, and entertainment industries.
