基于压电陶瓷振动传感器转换系统研究与设计

为能够对悬架的振动特性进行基于工控机的实时动态监测、数据采集与分析,针对以堆叠式压电陶瓷为敏感元件的振动传感器进行集成化转换系统设计,并对其功能和性能进行仿真分析与实验验证.基于STM32F405RGT6单片机对该集成化系统进行软硬件设计,并对监测过程中存在的干扰信号进行有效处理.经过仿真分析与实验验证,该集成系统工作稳定,在达到毫伏级测量精度的同时可对干扰信号进行有效抑制.为汽车悬架主动振动控制系统振动信号采集、处理与通信的实现提供了有效的设计方法,并对其功能与性能的仿真分析与实验验证提供了理论依据和实际应用指导.
Research and Design of Vibration Sensor Conversion System Based on Piezoelectric Ceramics
In order to conduct real-time dynamic monitoring,data acquisition and analysis of suspension vibration characteristics based on industrial computer,an integrated conversion system was designed for a vibration sensor with stacked piezoelectric ceramics as the sensitive element,and its function and performance were simulated and verified by experiments.The hardware and software of the integrated system are designed based on STM32F405RGT6 single chip computer,and the interference signals in the monitoring process are effectively processed.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,the integrated system works stably and can effectively suppress interference signals while achieving millivolt level measurement accuracy.It provides an effective design method for the acquisition,processing and communication of the vibration signal of the active vibration control system of automobile suspension,and provides a theoretical basis and practical application guidance for the simulation analysis and experimental verifica-tion of its function and performance.
