针对煤矿井下发生险情时,定位基站或者通信网络被损坏,导致人员定位系统瘫痪,无法准确对作业人员展开搜救;井下安装定位基站靠人工测距,不同地形、环境安装距离不等,工作量大,容易存在定位盲区;定位基站及识别卡现场维护更新程序拆装机麻烦等问题,设计一种基于UWB精确定位搜救仪,经现场测试表明该终端具有与井下定位识别卡快速组网、互联互通,快速便捷辅助定位基站安装,本地显示与移动上传便携仪参数等优点,可以有效提升煤矿安全建设,对节省安装、维护时间及争取更多黄金救援时间具有重大意义.
Design of an Intelligent Search Instrument Based on UWB Accurate Positioning
When a dangerous situation occurs underground in a coal mine,the positioning base station or communication network is damaged,resulting in the paralysis of the personnel positioning system and the inability to accurately search and rescue workers;The installation of positioning base stations underground relies on manual ranging,with varying installation distances in different ter-rains and environments,resulting in a large workload and potential blind spots in positioning;A precise positioning search and rescue instrument based on UWB is designed to address the issues of inconvenient disassembly and assembly of on-site maintenance and up-date programs for positioning base stations and identification cards.Field testing has shown that this terminal has the advantages of fast networking and interconnection with underground positioning identification cards,fast and convenient assistance in positioning base station installation,local display and mobile uploading of portable instrument parameters,etc.It can effectively improve coal mine safety construction and save installation maintaining time and striving for more golden rescue time are of great significance.
