In the process of coal combustion such as thermal power,there are many forms of atomic mercury,ionic mercury and mercury oxide in the flue gas.In order to measure the total mercury concentration,it is necessary to convert ionic mercury and mercu-ry oxide into atomic mercury,and then use spectral analysis and other means to detect the mercury content in the flue gas.In this pa-per,solid and gas reducing agents are used to more fully reduce the ionic mercury and mercury oxide in the flue gas into atomic mer-cury,which can absorb acid gas,The interfering gas sulfur dioxide is converted into a solid reducing agent,and"waste is turned into treasure"to participate in the reduction;It can prevent the secondary oxidation of mercury;At the same time,the optimal structure of the reducing agent cavity is found by simulation analysis,so as to reduce the accumulation of atomic mercury and accelerate the re-sponse speed of the system.It has the advantages of safety,reliability,high efficiency,low cost and long life.
