为解决电力检修专用移动储能供电能力问题,提出了基于BMS技术的台区终端电力检修移动储能系统.分析了电力终端检修移动电池储能的需求,论述了智能BMS技术的基本原理,提出了适用于移动储能的智能BMS功能模块.针对电力检修移动储能电源系统进行设计,提出了系统架构,论述了技术指标及功能结构,针对大数据实时交互、双向逆变功能、可使用车载的移动电源结构进行了分析.最后利用负荷确定率等指标与传统柴油发电车进行了对比,论证了提出移动电源车的可靠性.
Design of High Safety Mobile Energy Storage Power Supply for Terminal Power Maintenance in Substation Based on BMS Technology
To address the issue of dedicated mobile energy storage power supply capacity for power maintenance,a mobile energy storage system for power maintenance at substation terminals based on BMS technology is proposed.Analyzed the demand for mobile battery energy storage in power terminal maintenance,discussed the basic principle of intelligent BMS technology,and proposed an intelligent BMS functional module suitable for mobile energy storage.Design a mobile energy storage power supply system for power maintenance,propose a system architecture,discuss technical indicators and functional structure,and analyze the structure of big da-ta real-time interaction,bidirectional inverter function,and mobile power supply that can be used in vehicles.Finally,the reliability of the proposed mobile power vehicle was demonstrated by comparing it with traditional diesel power generation vehicles using indica-tors such as load determination rate.
