Real time enhancement of optical image clarity under different weather conditions
In response to the problem of image contrast decrease and image distortion caused by weather conditions during optical image acquisition,a real-time enhancement method for optical image clarity under different weather conditions is studied.Construct op-tical image degradation models under different weather conditions based on the principles of atmospheric optics;Using the quadtree de-composition method, the optical image is divided into four quadrants.Quadrant scores are calculated based on the average intensity and standard deviation of different quadrants. The division continues in the highest scoring quadrant, and the average intensity of the highest scoring quadrant in the minimum quadrant that meets the termination conditions is taken as the atmospheric light value;on this basis, the dark channel method is used to determine the transmittance of the optical image through the values of dark pixels;Based on transmit-tance and atmospheric light values,an optical image degradation model is derived to obtain real-time enhancement results of optical im-age clarity under different weather conditions. The experimental results show that this method can quickly improve the contrast and corre-lation coefficient of optical images, enhance the clarity of optical images, and improve the recognition rate of optical images.
