非平稳运行列车制动闸片摩擦块偏磨状态检测技术

非平稳运行列车制动闸片的磨损程度相对较大,且其行驶偏移方向始终与摩擦块偏磨方向保持一致.这就导致无法取得摩擦块偏磨状态的差异化特征,无法确定非平稳运行列车的实际行驶偏移方向.针对非平稳运行列车制动闸片摩擦块偏磨状态检测技术展开研究.确定制动闸片摩擦块表面磨屑的分布情况,建模分析磨屑流动行为,在格拉姆角场下,完成偏磨数据的描述与转换.提取偏磨行为数据中的偏磨特征,根据具体的偏磨特征分解条件,集合全过程行驶周期,形成偏磨状态特征集,计算接触/分离作用下的磨屑行为偏转量,进而得到接触作用力强度和分离作用力强度,实现偏磨特征最优求解,完成非平稳运行列车制动闸片摩擦块偏磨状态检测方法设计.实验结果表明:所得偏磨状态检测结果与摩擦块实际偏磨程度相同,对于列车控制主机而言;不会因非精准检测偏磨状态而造成错误定义,也不会影响非平稳运行列车行驶方向.
Detection technology of friction block of brake pads in non-stationary train
The wear of the brake pads of non-stationary running trains is relatively large,and the direction of their travel devia-tion always remains consistent with the direction of friction block wear.This leads to the inability to obtain differentiated characteristics of the friction block's eccentric wear state,and the inability to determine the actual direction of travel deviation of non-stationary run-ning trains.Research is being conducted on the detection technology for the eccentric wear status of brake pads and friction blocks in non-stationary running trains.Determine the distribution of debris on the surface of the brake pad friction block,model and analyze the flow behavior of debris,and complete the description and conversion of eccentric wear data under the Gram angle field.Extract the eccentric wear characteristics from the data of eccentric wear behavior,decompose the specific conditions of eccentric wear character-istics,collect the entire driving cycle,form a set of eccentric wear state characteristics,calculate the deflection amount of debris be-havior under contact/separation,and then obtain the strength of contact force and separation force,achieve the optimal solution of ec-centric wear characteristics,and complete the design of the detection method for the eccentric wear state of the brake pad friction block of non-stationary running trains.The experimental results show that the detection results of the obtained eccentric wear state are the same as the actual degree of eccentric wear of the friction block,for the train control host;It will not cause erroneous definitions due to inaccurate detection of eccentric wear status,nor will it affect the direction of non-stationary train operation.
