Data Sharing Model Based on Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence
To meet the data sharing needs in the medical field,a blockchain based medical big data sharing model is proposed,which adopts a semi centralized alliance blockchain for data sharing.Introducing voting mechanism and delayed verification feature,combined with artificial intelligence assisted data processing,the consensus algorithm has been improved to reduce communication o-verhead.The experimental data shows that when the number of attributes is 45,the encryption time of the model is 1094ms and the decryption time is 194ms.When the consensus node is 20,the transaction delay under the practical Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm is 60 seconds,while under the improved algorithm,the transaction delay is 30 seconds,reducing by 50%.Research has shown that this medical big data sharing method achieves efficient consensus while protecting the privacy and security of medical data,helping to promote medical information integration,improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
