考虑火电灵活性改造的电源规划研究

高比例新能源发电接入电力系统给电力系统的调度运行带来了新的挑战,对系统调节灵活性的要求也越来越高.本文建立了综合考虑火电、新能源、储能及火电灵活性改造的电源规划模型,其中嵌入了机组组合模型以准确计及电力系统灵活性,采用机组聚合技术降低整型变量数目,提高计算效率,同时将火电灵活性改造决策变量与运行变量的非线性关系线性化,得到混合整数线性规划模型,最后以某省级电力系统为例验证了模型的有效性.
Generation expansion planning considering thermal unit retrofit
The integration of large amounts of renewable energy has posed fundamental challenges to the operation and dispatch of the power system.A generation expansion model is proposed,in which thermal power,renewable energy,energy storage,and thermal unit retrofit are incorporated,with a unit commitment model to evaluate operation flexibility properly.The generation unit clustering technology is applied to improve the computation efficiency.Furthermore,the linearization of nonlinear function in the model intro-duces a mixed-integer linear programming formulation.The validity of the model is verified by provincial power grid in China.
