面向机器人的融合PLC的开放式教学平台研究

为了实现英语专业人才在虚拟场景中的创新性培养,研究开发应用英语机器人的融合可编程逻辑控制器(Program-mable Logic Controller,PLC)的开放式教学平台.该平台框架采用的可编程控制器为Linux+Xenomai双内核实时系统,同时设计了EtherCAT实时网卡驱动程序以实现多任务同步的硬实时性.对比于长短时记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)循环神经网络(Recurrent Neural Ntwork,RNN)-卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)、优化前语音波形图,优化后语音增强算法的振幅降低幅度分别为 18.34%、15.64%、11.38%.二阶段语音增强算法不仅能保留较好的语音结构,同时能降低语言失真现象,同时还能去除残留噪声.研究所设计的融合PLC的英语机器人开放式教学平台,不仅可任意选择可编程控制器,而且能多途径实现运动控制程序过程,还能通过多种方式选择连接的英语机器人,能为英语机器人领域人才的培养和英语机器人相关产业的发展作出贡献.
Research on an Open Teaching Platform for Robot Oriented Fusion PLC
In order to achieve innovative training of English professionals in virtual environments,an open teaching platform in-tegrating English robots and PLC is studied and developed.The platform framework adopts a programmable controller for a Linux+Xe-nomai dual kernel real-time system,and also designs an EtherCAT real-time network card driver to achieve hard real-time multi task synchronization.Compared with CNN,STM-RNN,and pre optimized speech waveform,the amplitude reduction of the optimized speech enhancement algorithm is 18.34%,15.64%,and 11.38%,respectively.The two-stage speech enhancement algorithm can not only preserve good speech structure,but also reduce language distortion and remove residual noise.The open teaching platform for English robots designed by the research institute,which integrates PLC,not only allows for the selection of programmable controllers,but also enables the implementation of motion control program processes through multiple channels.It can also select connected Eng-lish robots through various means,making contributions to the cultivation of talents in the field of English robots and the development of English robot related industries.
