摘要

为了解决传统的超声波流量测量电路复杂、测量精度不高的问题,提出了基于SOPC的超声波流体测量系统.SOPC系统是整个系统的核心,在测量中引入管道截面的平均流速的概念,通过流场修正系数对线平均流速进行补偿,提高了测量精度.测量结果表明,本系统重复性好,在流速大于 10 m/s时,相对误差小于 1%.本系统具有硬件结构简单,成本低,体积小可在线升级的优点,具有较强的实用价值.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of complex circuit and low measurement accuracy of traditional ultrasonic flow measure-ment,an ultrasonic fluid measurement system based on SOPC is proposed.The SOPC system is the core of the whole system.The con-cept of the average velocity of the pipe section is introduced in the measurement,and the linear average velocity is compensated by the flow field correction coefficient,which improves the measurement accuracy.The measurement results show that the system has good repeatability,and the relative error is less than 1%when the flow rate is greater than 10(m·s-1).The system has the advantages of simple hardware structure,low cost,small size and online upgrade,and has strong practical value.
