Research on error separation of quartz tuning fork gyroscope
The bias of quartz tuning fork gyroscope is composed of electrostatic coupling,force coupling,damping coupling and quadrature coupling leaked through phase error.Reducing coupling error is a essential way to improve the performance of quartz tun-ing fork gyroscope.The causes,sources and mathematical models of the coupling errors in quartz tuning fork gyroscope is analyzed.A method is proposed to separate force coupling from bias.Through simulation and measurement,the effectiveness and feasibility of the error separation method is verified,which provides a reference for subsequent quartz tuning fork modification and similar working principle of gyroscope error separation.
