"Aspiration"and"History":The modern narration and cultural memory of the film"Patrolman Baoyin"
In 2018,the film Patrolman Baoyin,jointly produced and produced by the Propaganda Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Public Security Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,won the 18th China Film Huabei Award for Outstanding Ethnic Minority Films after five years.The film brews the image ethnographic writing of contemporary Chinese times,returns to the left place of national his-tory,and makes up for the omissions,producing unique cultural memory.From the ethnographic and neo-historicist per-spective of the modern narration of the film,and from the cultural memory of Asman back to the emotional reference of peo-ple in the film,the epic meaning of"ancient and modern drama"of Chinese national images can be analyzed.
