Research on the Cultural Poverty Alleviation Service System of Rural Public Libraries in Jiangxi from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation
Targeted poverty alleviation and eradication are key to realizing the national"Rural Revitalization"strategy.The root cause of rural poverty lies in cultural impoverishment.Starting from the connotations of targeted poverty alleviation and cultural poverty alleviation,this study analyzes the existing problems in the cultural poverty alleviation efforts of rural public libraries in Jiangxi.By examining the current state of rural poverty in Jiangxi,it explores new models for constructing a cul-tural poverty alleviation service system within rural public libraries under the targeted poverty alleviation perspective.This is instrumental in promoting the work of targeted cultural poverty alleviation in rural Jiangxi and facilitating the implementation of the"Rural Revitalization"strategy.
