摘要
对事业单位档案管理的信息化建设进行探究,从档案管理、档案保存以及档案资源共享的角度阐述了加强信息化建设的优势,并在分析当前事业单位档案管理信息化建设中存在问题的基础上,结合当前的时代特点和技术优势,提出了一些建设策略,以提高事业单位档案管理的质量和效率.
Abstract
This paper investigates the informatization construction of archival management in public institutions,elaborating on the advantages of strengthening informatization from the perspectives of archival management,preservation,and resource sharing.Based on an analysis of existing problems in the current informatization construction of archival management in pub-lic institutions and considering contemporary technological advantages and characteristics,the paper proposes several con-struction strategies.These strategies aim to enhance the quality and efficiency of archival management in public institutions.
