高等职业院校学生层面内部质量保证体系运行研究——以呼和浩特职业学院为例

摘要
在高职院校内持续开展内部质量保证体系建设、开展教学诊断与改进工作是高等职业院校教育评价的重要媒介,是进行常态化人才培养质量保障的重要环节.以呼和浩特职业学院为例,对其学生层面内部质量保证体系建设及运行情况进行分析并提出建议,旨在促进高职院校建立人才培养质量制度保证体系、完善治理结构、提高治理能力.
Abstract
The continuous development of internal quality assurance systems and the conduct of teaching diagnostics and im-provements serve as crucial mediums for the evaluation of higher vocational education.These practices are essential for the normalization of quality assurance in talent cultivation.Taking Hohhot Vocational College as a case study,this paper analy-zes the construction and operation of the internal quality assurance system at the student level and provides suggestions.The goal is to promote the establishment of a talent cultivation quality assurance system,improve governance structures,and en-hance governance capabilities in higher vocational colleges.
