Teacher interpersonal teaching competence involves an examination and discussion of the character and abilities teachers should possess in teaching from an interpersonal perspective.It includes four aspects:pedagogical knowledge com-petence,teacher-student communication competence,guidance and assistance competence,and interpersonal perception competence.Longitudinally,it can be divided into the foundational stage focusing on knowledge transmission,the enhance-ment stage focusing on student development,and the advanced stage realizing value leadership.To enhance teacher interper-sonal teaching competence,it is necessary to establish an educational teacher-student interaction system.Promoting student development should be the core concept in teacher-student interactions,caring for student growth based on their stand-point,constructing a teacher-student interaction model of respect,understanding,and dialogue,developing individual teach-ing interaction philosophies,and supporting multidimensional structures of teacher interpersonal teaching competence.
