Cultural confidence is a crucial driving force for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage(ICH).It is also a significant support for the innovation and development of ICH,as well as a vital guarantee for its interna-tional recognition.In line with contemporary development needs,the activation,innovation,and value enhancement of Wei-fang City's rich ICH resources should be approached from various angles,including government support,cultural innova-tion,audience engagement,artistic guidance,and expanded outreach.Only by making ICH"come alive"and"gain popular-ity"can we truly achieve its sustainable development.
