Research on Factors Influencing Online Homestay Guest Satisfaction Based on Grounded Theory:A Case Study of"Xiaozhu"Homestay Reviews
In the era of network information,the popularity of online homestay bookings has attracted widespread attention from tourism industry researchers.As a leading company in the domestic online homestay industry,"Xiaozhu"is the most localized short-term rental platform in China,following Airbnb.This paper uses grounded theory as the research methodolo-gy to analyze guest reviews of"Xiaozhu"homestays and construct a theoretical framework for the entire guest experience.By examining the unique features of online homestays and the key concerns of consumers within this theoretical framework,the study reveals the relationship between consumer demand and satisfaction,aiming to guide and promote the healthy develop-ment of China's online homestay industry.
