Construction and Practice of Nursing Culture Education Model under the Spirit of"Nightingale":A Case Study of Xiangtan Medical and Health Vocational College
Exploring the application of the"Nightingale"spirit in guiding the growth and development of nursing students is not only a practical necessity for the development of the nursing profession in the new era but also an intrinsic requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This approach can enhance the directionality of cultural education goals,imbue cultural education content with professionalism,emphasize the subjectivity of nursing culture education recipients,and strengthen the synergy of cultural education forces.By excavating and organizing the exemplary deeds of 90 Chinese Nightingale Award recipients,focusing on the"core"of cultural education,formulating strategies for the foundational construction of educational resources,building the solid"two wings"of cultural education,and innovating the"evaluation-promoted construction"system,this study provides valuable insights for innovating the paradigm of nursing culture education.
