Exploration of Training Paths for Secondary Vocational Preschool Education Professionals under Campus Cooperation
Talent cultivation is an eternal keyword in education.The core task of education is to supply society with high-quality research talents or practical technical talents.Both general and vocational education must undertake the responsibili-ty of cultivating professional talents,focusing on human-centered development to provide greater support for societal con-struction and development.Secondary vocational education is a part of China's educational system,consisting of academic and non-academic education components.Academic education is at the high school level,leading to a secondary vocational diploma upon graduation,while non-academic education includes qualification and job certificate training.After the differ-entiation in the high school entrance examination,secondary vocational education becomes another educational option for junior high school graduates.This paper focuses on the cultivation of preschool education professionals in secondary voca-tional schools through campus cooperation,exploring effective paths and strategies for training professional preschool educa-tion talents from the perspective of campus cooperation.
