Culture serves as the soul of a nation and its people.When culture flourishes,the nation's prosperity follows;when culture strengthens,so does the strength of its people.Culture is a crucial force in the survival and development of a nation."Northern Frontier Culture"is rooted in the excellence of traditional Chinese culture and has been creatively culti-vated by the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,drawing upon the region's rich historical and cul-tural resources.By analyzing the development of Northern Frontier Culture through three dimensions—historical inheritance,theoretical necessity,and practical application—this study provides a deeper understanding of the evolution of this cultural i-dentity and offers insights into its future development.
