Vocational colleges should integrate mental health education into the construction of ideological and political edu-cation teams to continuously enhance the comprehensive abilities of teachers and improve the effectiveness of education.This study aims to explore the construction of ideological and political education teams by integrating mental health education,subtly incorporating mental health techniques to strengthen ideological and political education,and increase students'sense of identity and honor.The article analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,identifies existing problems,and proposes practical solutions to promote the development of ideological and political educa-tion in higher vocational institutions.
