This study explores the feasibility of applying the flipped classroom teaching model to physical education elective courses in vocational colleges.The aim is to enrich the teaching content of these courses,enhance the development of online course resources,and promote the integration of physical education within and outside the curriculum while combining theory with practice.Ultimately,the goal is to cultivate a lifelong awareness of fitness among students.
