Exploration of Pathways to Enhance Employment Competence of Students in Sports Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Comprehensive Education
Based on the current employment status of students in sports vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the reasons behind the inadequate employment competence of these students.From the perspective of"comprehensive education,"it explores methods to enhance the employment competence of sports vocational college students.The analysis includes four key pathways:emphasizing career planning education,conducting various employment-related educational activities,opti-mizing the curriculum system and improving faculty development,enhancing employment guidance,upgrading the"Stride Forward"enterprise-visiting and job-expanding activities to create new pathways between internships and employment through a"persistent effort"approach,and seizing critical employment periods to provide continuous,comprehensive em-ployment services.These efforts aim to promote high-quality employment for students.
