Ahad Ha-am was the main representative of Cultural Zionism,he acted a important role in the announcement of"Balfour Declaration"which was the milestone event during the history of Zionism.He not only promoted the announce-ment of"Balfour Declaration",but also interpretated it from deeper gradation,he indicated the limitation of"Balfour Declaration",he also warned prospectively the Jews not too exciting and expected UK too high,they should handle carefully the relation with the Arabs of Palestine.His interpret and cognition on the"Balfour Declaration"was connected closely with his thought of Cultural Zionism,it mani-fested the pragmatism and perspectiveness of his thought.It was absorbed by the Zionism leader which enriched and guided the theory and practice of subsequent Zionism.His thought of the relation between Arab-Jews in Palestine supplied the beneficial reference to the later Zionism leaders,his interpretation of"Balfour De-claration"also influenced the construction of Jewish culture in Palestine during mandate period.It ultimately laid the massy foundation of the state of Israel,and influenced persistently the Israel society today and future.
