Objective:we timely organized lectures for the undergraduate adult students who enter the stage of clinical practice , to explore more suitable methods for adult medical students part-time practice, reform the traditional teaching methods, to explore more effective, efficient way of adult medical education.Methods:the experts agreed with classmates, determine the lecture content, in the first half of the year part-time practice , we organized 10 lectures for the students;at the end of the lecture ,we conducted a questionnaire survey, and then analyse the results.Results:lectures,in this way,students give wide rang of acclaim and praise.Conclusion:relying on the Affiliated Hospital of School high quality teaching resources, make the adult students share these resources;thus, to stimulate students' interest in learning and increase practice teaching process in the practical, open and occupation, which is more suitable for adult learning characteristics, alleviated on certain level the adult students' engineering contradiction, so as to further improve the teaching quality of clinical medicine in adult education development in the new world.
