摘要
了解机电技术应用专业学生就业岗位群的分布状况，掌握用人单位对机电一体化技术专业人才的岗位群、工作任务和需求情况，就近五年学生就业去向进行了统计对比，对北京市14家公司或企业员工进行了参加工作时间、毕业院校与所学专业、毕业后第一个职业岗位、现任职业岗位职务职称等问题进行调研。比较了就业率与就业稳定率，明确了学生毕业五年内专业岗位群分布及毕业生三年和五年内行业转换率情况。通过调研理清思路，为找准五年制高职人才培养定位，合理制定人才培养方案和课程内容提供前提条件，为含有机电一体化技术专业的院校提供数据参考。
Abstract
In order to know the distribution condition of clusters of posts of graduated students majoring in Mechatronics, get the information about clusters of posts, job tasks and requirement pertaining professionals in the field of Mechatronics from employers, we did statistical comparison of students’ employment whereabouts in recent five years, interviewed employees from 14 companies or enterprises in Beijing on the topics like the time of joining the workforce, educational background and majors, the first professional post after graduation, current professional posts and titles, etc. Employment rate and employment index of stability were compared, the situations of distribution of clusters of posts within 5 years after students’ graduation and the rate of students’ hopping among different industries within 3 and 5 years after students’ graduation were made clear. Through investigation, we cleared our mind, provided the pre-requisites for better locating the position of cultivating five-year vocational colleges’ students, properly formulating the education program and designing the course contents, and offered a statistical reference for colleges which have this major of Mechatronics.
