四辊CVC轧机轧辊弹性变形分析

为进一步分析轧辊弹性变形对板形的影响,介绍了轧辊弹性变形影响函数解析方法,采用C语言编写了轧辊弹性变形解析软件,对四辊CVC冷轧机轧辊的弹性变形进行了模拟计算,结果表明,工作辊与支撑辊的挠曲均呈不对称的“V”形分布,辊间压扁量与辊间压力均呈“S”形分布.整个调控范围内支撑辊挠曲和工作辊与轧件间的压扁量变化较小,工作辊挠曲和辊间压扁量的变化较大,且集中在边部.
Analyses on the Roller Elastic Deformation of 4-high CVC Mill
The influence function method of roller elastic deformation was introduced so as to analyze its effects on profile shape. The roller elastic deformation of 4-high CVC cold mill was calculated by analytic program u-sing C language. The results show that the deflection of work roller and backup roller are in asymmetric "v" style, the inter-roller flattening and pressure are in "s" style. In the whole controlled area the change of backup roller deflection and the flattening between work roller and strip is small> the change of work roller deflection and inter-roller flattening is large, especially at the edge.
